Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Nocta Digital collects through www.nocta.gr, why we collect it and what rights you have. It only describes what this website actually does.

Who we are

The controller of your personal data is NOCTA DIGITAL E.E., a limited partnership registered in Greece and trading as Nocta Digital.

  • Registered office: Leoforos Artemidos 52 & Spetson, 19016 Artemida, Greece

  • Tax ID (AFM): 802757368

  • G.E.MI. number: 182212801000

  • Email: info@nocta.gr

For any question about this policy or your data, email us at info@nocta.gr.

Contact form

When you send the form on our Contact page, we receive your name, phone number, email address and, if you write one, your message. We use them only to reply to you and to talk about the services you asked about.

The form is processed by Framer, which hosts this website, and delivered to our mailbox info@nocta.gr. We may also note your enquiry in our internal client records.

Legal basis: steps you ask us to take before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Booking a call

The “Book a Call” buttons open Calendly (calendly.com), a separate scheduling service. If you book a call, Calendly collects the details you enter in its booking form and shares them with us so we can hold the meeting. Calendly’s own privacy policy applies on its site.

Website statistics

If you allow statistics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages people read. Google receives your IP address and information about your browser and device, and we see aggregated reports. Google signals and ad personalisation are switched off, and we do not use this data for advertising.

Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Without it, Google Analytics does not load. You can withdraw your consent at any time, as explained in our Cookie Policy.

Hosting, fonts and consent records

Framer, our hosting provider, processes basic technical data when you load a page, such as your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for. This is needed to deliver the site, keep it secure and give us aggregated visit counts. Framer’s analytics script does not set cookies. The fonts on this site load from Google Fonts, so your browser also sends your IP address to Google when a page opens.

We use Cookiebot, by Usercentrics, to ask for your cookie choice and keep a record of it, so we can show that we respect it.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) and our legal obligation to be able to prove consent (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Social media links

The links to our Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and X pages are plain links. Nothing loads from those networks until you click one, and after that their own policies apply. The “Latest from Instagram” section on our home page shows recent posts from our own Instagram account through a small relay server we run on Cloudflare: your browser receives the images from that server, not from Instagram, and no Instagram script or cookie is loaded on this site.

Who receives your data

We share personal data only with the providers that run this website and our work, and only for the purposes above:

  • Framer B.V. (Netherlands): website hosting, the contact form and technical logs

  • Google Ireland Limited: our email (Google Workspace), Google Analytics if you consent, and Google Fonts

  • Usercentrics A/S (Denmark): Cookiebot consent management

  • Calendly LLC (USA): call booking, only if you use it

  • Notion Labs, Inc. (USA): our internal client records

  • Cloudflare, Inc. (USA): the relay server that shows our Instagram posts on the home page; it sees the technical data of each image request, such as your IP address

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Transfers outside the EU

Some of these providers, or companies that work for them, are based in the United States. When data leaves the European Economic Area, it is protected by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries from the contact form: up to 24 months after our last contact. If you become a client, we keep what the contract needs, and invoices for as long as Greek tax law requires.

  • Google Analytics statistics: no longer than 14 months.

  • Your cookie choice: for the period shown in our Cookie Policy.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • see the personal data we hold about you

  • correct it or delete it

  • restrict or object to how we use it

  • give it to you in a portable format

  • stop using it where we rely on your consent, without affecting what we did before

Email info@nocta.gr and we will reply within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).

Changes to this policy

If we change how this website handles personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
